I bought several sets of these and bath room units too. They are good quality & finish easy to fit. I am generally very pleased.
One thing to note which is a tad disappointing, and did not spot until all 4 basins were replaced – the taps are very small. Probably more suitable for those tiny closet hand basins, but too short a reach ( 9cm from centre) for a typical family size bathroom basin. The water flow ends up being no more than about 2cm from the edge of my sinks and rather annoying as your bang your hands constantly against the sink while using it.
Personally, I would check those dimensions and enquire the size is good for the target sinks. Family is complaining, so I am likely having to get replacement pretty soon – costly affair and lesson learnt.

It’s never my favourite job fitting a new tap to a sink that’s already in situ. However, this one was relatively straightforward and the provided tool for the 2 securing nuts was very handy!
The tap is well made, it looks good and works well and very smoothly
The “waterfall” effect is excellent if a tad noisy!

I recently had a new bathroom installed and have wanted a waterfall tap for the longest time. This item did not disappoint one bit. It has such a beautiful shine and is so easy to clean. It was installed for ne so I can’t speak on the ease of that part but it is definitely good value for money . The waterfall effect is quite lovely and it is very easy to turn on and off . My previous tap was quite stiff and I have Parkinsons which makes grip difficult. This however does not require much effort at all. Would definitely recommend

I did not know what to expect with these taps, however, I was very pleased with the quality of this tap.
I also liked that this tap came with a tool to tighten the bolts to the sink, because like many buyers of taps, we may not have the required tools for the plumbing in of taps, after all how many taps are we likely to fit?
The plumber who installed the bathroom mentioned that the tap seemed good both in quality and in price.
If I require any more taps in the future, I would not hesitate to purchase this tap again.

From the moment I opened the box, everything looked good. The packaging was good with foam protection to tap and parts. Very clear instructions and even included a special spanner that made the usually awkward tightening of the nuts to hold the tap to the sink very easy. Good quality and first impressions – very good.

Firstly, these single lever mixers are good value taps and look great if you want matt black taps. I bought one, installed it and bought another as I was generally content with the first tap. They work fine in as much they take hot and cold water and mix it before it leaves the spout.
To install, you should be aware that you can only really hand tighten the water inlet hoses into the base holes of the tap and that seemed acceptable as they didn’t leak. Some people might want to use a spanner or something but the hose “nut” ends up within the tap housing rather than outside (at the bottom) it so you cannot get a spanner to it.
The tap usefully comes with two securing bolts with its mounting rather than just one as some taps do. This made it easy to secure it to the sink/basin and gave confidence that it will not come loose.
The first tap came with a base ring (that goes above the basin between the tap and the basin) that was a good fit to the base of the tap. The second one however, came with one that allowed too much movement (5mm at least) of the tap within the base ring so this was a disappointment and I had to tighten the base bolts quite hard to prevent movement. If anyone pushes the tap hard, it will move and that is due to this mismatch in ring size or poor design.
Finally, the water exit spout, being of a rectangular shape, doesn’t come with a water diffuser so the water can splash if you don’t adjust the flow to a low level. That would probably be in a more expensive unit so I wouldn’t mark this down – just don’t expect that level of features for this price.
All in all, I’d buy another.

We were looking for an all in one tap for our en-suite as we have one in our main bathroom and the cloakroom. My wife chose this one but we stuck to the normal chrome finish option as it’s the best colour for us . For the price it seems good so far in terms of water flow but it seems a harder to maintain the shine on this one compared to ones in our main bathroom an cloak room and we use our usual bathroom cleaner on all 3 .

I got the right size for the sink I have and the tap looks great. Nevertheless, for some reason it is very loud. It’s ok for downstairs loo but I would not recommend it for a bathroom

Different due to no aeration of water. So tends to splash more, which is a slight issue in our shallow basin. All metal including the separate lower sealing ring. (Last tap had a plastic ring that cracked.)
As all these you’ll never get a perfect solid fit due to the flawed design with the securing bolts towards the back. Don’t over tighten, it won’t help but might break things. Some rocking has to be lived with.
I had to tighten the feed tails in by twisting the hoses. Not ideal, but no room at all inside the body. O-rings seem to do the job though.
For tightening down the tap, get the cheap long Silverline socket-pipe-thingies. Getting normal wrenches in there is impossible and a waste of time.
