After 1 year the chromed collar under the tap handle broke revealing the brass cartridge. The tap manufacturer is Celala, On my order it says sold by EXPLORATORY L LTD. Looking deeper into the order it also says sold by Falesui.
Contacted EXPLORATORY LTD who didn’t recognise the order. Can’t contact Falesui ? Help from Amazon is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
I’m totally baffled which way to go. Would suggest avoiding this tap.

A well enough built tap. The flexible hoses connect inside the base of the tap and can only be finger tightened which is not my preference but did not leak. However the rubber gasket used to seal the tap to the basin did not work and water leaked down the tap hole in the basin. I had to bed it in with Plumbers Mait to seal it.

Tap seems fine but only time will tell how good it is but looks fine and as described. When fitting it one of the flexi hoses just didn’t feel right when screwing on hand tight and as I turned iso valve on it leaked everywhere so had to go out to buy a new flexi abd re fit the tap. Frustrating.

You get what you pay for. (And that’s not a moan it’s just a reality) All taps are crazy expensive so when you see one at this kind of price you should realise you may need to be flexible. These and other taps in this price range are designed to be “disposable” there is nothing to fix if they go wrong. Just throw it away and buy another cheap tap. However, looks great. Feels great. Even comes with tap connectors which if you bought the same in B&Q you’d likely pay £10 for? So the price of the actual tap is? And it is doing the job. One definite con is the rubber seal between the tap and to basin/worktop, it is useless. Be prepared to fill the base with silicon before fitting or you will get water leakage.

All good well packaged, nice taps. Only down side is the connection into the taps, comes with the micro hoses, but are not the extended ones so you have to screw in and only the force you can tighten with hand. Needs the extensions so you can tighten with a spanner to be sure

The Good: The tap looks beautiful, chrome finish is impeccable. Thanks to the mounting system it fits perfectly into a smaller hole designed for traditional double taps, so I was able to install it without changing the sink itself.
The bad: nothing so far.
The ugly: the finish on the inside is not the best and the water stream curves slightly to the right. Not a big problem, problem unless your OCD kicks in.

This is a nice tap, however, not really recommended for a medium sized sink. I would say it is better suited for a bath or a large sink, as when turned on, the water flows outwards, towards the front of the sink, due to the shape of the tap. This will spray out onto the floor, unless turned right down.

Very nice tap to replace an old one in the bathroom sink.just be aware that the flexi hoses they supply with this are unsuitable, as you can’t tighten the nut up as it’s so far up inside the tap body.luckily I used the old flexis from the old tap as they had extension pipes attached to them .it seems well built and for the money you can’t go wrong.a shame about the flexible hoses supplied so something they could do with looking at

This tap is supplied with flex pipes, fixings and rubber gaskets. It is fairly straightforward to fit although I did find the rubber gasket was not thick enough between the tap and the top of the sink and had to add an additional one. The flex pipes had to be hand-tightened but sealed well with the body of the tap.
The tap works well with no leaks. My cold pressure is greater than my hot but the tap mixes water well The tap is very well finished as well as being smooth in operation and looks more expensive than it is.

Quick service and a lovely looking tap for its price. All fitments were incld in the box. However watch the ‘tails’ as the are longer than average, as they attach up inside the tap itself, rather than sit flush on the sink. Only problem we had was the ‘tails’ that came with it were both ‘female’ ends, and so were the pipes to fit them on to, so had to buy some ‘male’ caps to adapt the fit.

Overall a decent tap but a few things to take in to account before you order.
Angles – unlike a lot of taps where it comes out at a right angle it’s more acute. So if you have a small basen or high water pressure it can fire over the edge of your sink. I got round this by using isolation valves and turning them down so water didn’t come flying out.
Noise – these are a bit noiser then a standard tap probably due to them being a water fall style.
