Love this tap in brushed nickel. Uses ceramic cartridges instead of the old washer type. These are available for replacement at most hardware stores like Screwfix. The quater turn tap levers are so much easier than screwing down standard taps.
The mixer comes complete with the two 300mm length 1/2 inch connector hoses.

Did struggle to get my old tap off, the old copper had corroded and really struggled but once off, it was very easy to put the new tap on by myself…yeah for girl power. Great tap initially and I guess you get what you pay for. The tap began leaking 6 months in and then the black coating has flecked off and pealed. It now looks terrible and had to buy o-rings to fix it. Going to have to replace it as it looks terrible. I would recommend a more expensive option.

This tap was quite cheap compared to some but looks and feels like a very good quality. After purchasing, I put it to one side for a couple of weeks wondering if I could fit it myself or I needed a plumber. In the end, I decided to have a go myself and was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole process was. My only problem was that the special plastic fastening spanner they give you didn’t fit my old tap so I had to resort to pliers to get that one off. Fitting this one was a piece of cake and I have to say it is sturdy and feels a lot better than the old tap it replaced.

Tap, flexible pipes and spanner for Clamp nut. Original tap was on solid copper pipes with no isolators, so a little more work required to fit as I believe isolators are a better way to install taps. Very pleased with the tap and fittings.

Used to replace an old broken tap for my mother in law. The tap itself is solid, looks great and comes in a nice soft protective bag. All the fittings were there (including a narrow wrench tool which I hadn’t realised so had bought one) and easy to fit – takes 20 mins. The big difference was the water pressure – we’d just assumed she had low water pressure but now it’s great. Bought a second as really pleased.

Bought this to replace a clapped out Franke Olympus. My husband replaced it while I was out and I didn’t even realise at first. They are very similar. This tap feels sturdy and good quality. Everything works as you would expect it to. I can’t predict if the levers and joints will start leaking like the Franke but with a 10 year warranty and at £38 vs £170, it’s worth having a go.

This was bought 9 months ago and fitted 7 months ago. As can be seen, the hot tap lever has come off and the cold tap is loose (which cannot be seen on photograph.) the tap looked lovely when fitted, but of no use if it needs replacing every 7 months.
Additionally, the ‘10 year warranty’ is meaningless. After 30 days I can find no way of contacting the seller or finding any resolution with repairs/ refunds or replacements. Both levers have now come off, and I am resorting to pliers to turn my tap on until I can get a better quality replacement tap.
