  1. Lucyyy (verified owner)

Great tap, reasonably easy to fit. Like the feature of the pull down hose

  2. B Hayes (verified owner)

This ia well constructed, but not from premium materials – it feels a bit “cheap”. The sprinkle function is very good, but the extending head doesn’t really work. There are too many pipes squeezed into the column, and the counterweight cannot overcome the friction this creates. We have to reach under the sink and pull the head back in by hand, so we never use it. The main drawback though is the limited flow on this tap. The water comes out at a much slower rate than it used to, and it takes ages just to fill the kettle. All will be forgiven though if it really does not start dripping at any point – only time will tell!

  3. Ed Kearney (verified owner)

Have been using this tap for over a month and am very pleased with it. Looks great and works well, what more could you want?
The only minor negative is that the water pressure is not as strong as with a standard tap, that said, it’s more than adequate.

  4. Lex McCleary (verified owner)

Seems to be doing the job satisfactory.

  5. robbo ipswich (verified owner)

Good quality tap & easy to fit.

  6. Joanne (verified owner)

My only gripe is the movement in the head. I’m thinking of wd40 might help.

  7. Nice and wet wood quality… thanks you (verified owner)

Very nice tap and working very well . Thanks

  8. R mac (verified owner)

Had to replace tap as although had 10yr warranty on tap with another seller on amazon this tap better quality for half what i paid for before love that spray part pulls out and as not shiny crome no water marks..Dont be put of by price well worth it at double the price

  9. Jackie B. (verified owner)

Easy to fit, spray function useful, all in all good for the price. Its a little bulky

  10. GEVA (verified owner)

The tap looks good But I have found that it Drips like an old tap and that for a new mixer is WRONG. I can’t be bothered to mess around with returning it so lesson learned ie buy from a shop we’re problems can be sorted

  11. Czure (verified owner)

Had a fair old bit of use now since it was installed & installation was perfectly fine for someone with some plumbing knowledge.
Head does often fail to sit fully retracted into stem but a bit of a wriggle gets it to sit better, it would definitely have benefitted from either a magnet, or even a very slight lip on the inside of stem along with a raised ring on head insert (or vice-versa) to gently click/grip the head into the stem end, I would’ve added an extra bit of weight but it would only make it more awkward to keep the head pulled out when needed by pulling it back to hard to be practical.
It is the lightest tap I’ve ever known of & first thoughts were that it was actually plastic, however it is metal (of some sort) but just very thin, which explains the very cheap cost of this, it does though work as it should & I’m more than happy with it.
I’ve got a good size selection of thin strong magnets, oblong, round, square, so think I’m going to have a play to see if I can bond a one just inside the stem & another to the head in order to make it grip in place fully & correctly every time with have to give the stem a wriggle.

  12. Ana (verified owner)

It’s thick and sturdy . Really like it. Only pressures is not so good as I had before with my old tap.

Installed today, bit fiddly but secure. retracting hose works well, you do need to plan the plumbing to ensure no fouling of weight. Luckly, i was able to do this as part oof kitchen re-model. I see some complaints about pressure being low, did not find any issue myself. The pipe bore is smaller than standard but, this in effect increases the preassure but reducess volume of water exiting tap, not a bad thing considering the cost of water these days 🙂

  15. DollyB (verified owner)

A really stylish tap if rather bulky. Well made. It does need really good pressure of water. I have high pressure cold water which is fine but the hot water is not really good enough. However overall I am satisfied with it. The weight which pulls the spray head back into position does need a clear space to drop in. I had mine fitted by a plumber.

  16. Lorraine (verified owner)

I love this product because it does exactly what it supposed to do. Water pressure is amazing on both hot cold warm. I would definitely recommend this and it looks really nice. In other peoples reviews I can see that they keep mentioning that the cord on it Gets damaged and frayes away so I’m gonna make sure I’m very gentle with it and take good care of it and I think that’s all you would need to do to make sure it doesn’t cause damage. I had it installed on the weekend and it’s now four days later but mainly is the water pressure is amazing.

  17. Iulia (verified owner)

I have purchased this as it already had great reviews on top of looking this nice in the pictures.
When I installed it I had minimum pressure and as I was trying to figure out what the problem was I noticed that both hoses had bends. Not manufacturers fault I would say as they don’t know what length hose pipe one might need but it has gotten to this point as seen in the pictures and still could not take the original hose of to change them with shorter one..
So basically it is good and strong but if the space you have is not good than you cannot change the hoses. That makes it unusable now. I haven’t even had the chance to wash my hand under it.

No, I will not buy this again, I don’t want to pay for a plumber to change the layout of the pipes in order to have a 50£ tap fitted

  18. lukasz (verified owner)

More than half price ones from b&q

  19. Chris (verified owner)

Feels a tad on the cheap side but for the money, very happy.

  20. Mr R (verified owner)

Installed with ease, it took longer to remove the old one, the instructions are easy to follow but you might need glasses to read them.

  21. Dan (verified owner)

I had some trouble with this once it was installed, I’ve got an old sink set-up so hired a plumber to install, but even then i wasn’t happy as pulling through the tap wire it wouldn’t return back through and would just dangle, i expressed my disappointment but plumber didn’t know how to resolve and just left….with full pay, so today i realised the weighted ball was getting caught in all the old copper pipes so i decided to put a piece of cardboard in between the pipes and new weighted cable and this seems to have sorted it and its not getting caught anymore.
I think if you have a pretty new setup under your sink you could very well install yourself but if old i would recommend a competent plumber, overall happy with it now, but you may run into problems like i did with a messy setup of pipes.

  22. Zero’s (verified owner)

Not worth its money. Cheap fabrication.

  23. MS DIANE (verified owner)

This tap looks great and works well. I love all the functions it has. Stream and spray water modes, stop button and the pull out hose. What’s not to like. An excellent tap at a very affordable price.

  24. Dot (verified owner)

Looks good, works well, easy and fast to install, Definitely worth money

  25. maureen (verified owner)

this tap is just brilliant once you have one of these style of taps i could not imagine going back to a basic tap. well worth the money as they are not really expensive, also they are simple to install.
cant really comment on its durability as its only been installed a few weeks but it seems sturdy enough

  26. Mary (verified owner)

    Very to use

  27. Stephen Clarke (verified owner)

    Looks and works well.

  28. Clairedh13 (verified owner)

Liked the look and the fact the end comes out for spraying. Could be a little longer but perhaps that’s a safety thing so doesn’t exceed the sink

  29. Amy (verified owner)

we’ve been looking for taps for ages and finding them so expensive. We saw this one and the good reviews and took a chance.

Was installed by a plumber but he said it was a super quick and easy fit.

I love it – having both options of the spray and normal stream are great. The spray for cleaning and rinsing is perfect!

  30. Goodlife (verified owner)

Beautiful tap .Meets expectations 100% .I like that it’s not chrome plated .My previous tap was ,and the chrome plating peeled off eventually. This tap is classy looking.I like the holder for the tap.Tap is the perfect height.Bought a larger than normal sink along with this tap which means I really get good use out of the manoverability of this tap! Our guy had no problems fitting it .It came securely and beautifully packaged! Thankyou seller …100 % happy with purchase

  31. Reiha Ali (verified owner)

Very well made product, looks more expensive than what I paid for it. Definitely a top buy.

  32. n.alexander (verified owner)

Nice tap but you will need good water presser

  33. Karen (verified owner)

This looks fab in my new kitchen. Easy to fit, and the pull out spray function is a nice feature. Water pressure isn’t great with it due to the smaller size of the fitting, but it does the job.

  34. Claire durrans (verified owner)

Love it , looks nice and 3 different settings

  35. Stephen Heeley (verified owner)

Taps only been fitted a couple of days but they seem pretty decent taps

  36. Orla O Connor (verified owner)

This tap is lovely. Really good quality and we attached a water filter also and are very happy. It is heavy so you need to ensure you have a good quality sink to attach it to. Looks more expensive than it was.

  37. Freedom (verified owner)

It is good quality and reasonable
    Price. Very easy to used.

  38. Jo Scott (verified owner)

If you want a quality tap pay more. This one looks ok but dies have a cheap feel.
I like the height as many are simply way too tall!
The two spray button is plastic and did not feel good. If you are paying for someone to fit it – make the most of your money and get a better tap.

  39. Adrian (verified owner)

Came scratched , apart of this is ok.

  40. Tap leaks (verified owner)

Lovely tap, but mine has been delivered faulty. There’s a leak coming from under the lever and because it’s over 30 days since I ordered and being installed, I can’t get a refund.

  41. Doug C. (verified owner)

Easy to fit and looks great. The features including the rainfall when the tap is turned 90 degrees is excellent

  42. arunraj rajendiran (verified owner)

Good value for money. But careful about that BLACK round quick press button. It is for quick stop when the water is on. I thought the viceversa like a quick flush button but it is not.
