I fitted this to replace a pair of bath taps, easy to fit and decent quality. As other reviews mention, it is a little smaller than some others, but that doesn’t detract from its looks or purpose. The single action tap is smooth and works well, without drips or any problems. The shower head is quite small and has only a fixed position wall mount, the hose isn’t particularly long so this needs to be considered as it probably will only reach face height for most people. I fitted an alternative rain shower head on an adjustable mounting, to suit my own preferences. Overall, happy with this item.

The primary motivation for the purchase was to replace the hot water leg because the old one had sprout a leak from the rear due to wear and tear.
The old tap dispenser functions properly, but the new one leaks (everything else is the same, new legs are on with new Rubber Os). I triple checked to ensure it was tight enough and took it off and put it on in case I was making a mistake (disclaimer: I am not a plumber)
The only available option is to return the item when I looked, I would have liked to discuss it with the seller and provide the video evidence to show that it’s not working but if it’s a hassle and it appears it is I won’t bother and just retain the other parts (shower head, shower hose etc) just in case.
2 stars instead of 1 because I got what I needed out of the purchase which is the hot leg part so wasn’t a complete waste of money. Attaching video which shows both old (the one covered in limescale) and new tap attached with the old one working and new one leaking.

The product was ok, but didn’t fit my bath, so I returned it with the tap I also bought from them, all returns requests done my end and the two taps went back together in same box. They refunded the basin tap, but will not give the bath tap money back. Been ages and nothing, they acknowledge it but it has not been refunded.
EDIT: I have been refunded, they were very polite and it worked out well in the end.

This came so nicely packaged, all the metal bits were in little fabric bags and it was all neatly in the box. So far no issues with it since fitted. Great value compared to the likes of B&Q and it looks lovely as a replacement for the taps we had. Recommend thoroughly

UPDATE: for some reason after having it about 3 months I have to buy a whole new one ! It has stopped holding temperature it goes into freezing water then burning hot and its impossible to have a shower without out spending most of it trying to get warm water !!!/Feels pretty stuffy,looks nice not cheap,and has helped our water pressure
