I’ve only had it for a week but it’s been great so far! Installation was easy (with the right tools). Switching the stream modes is better than I thought, turning the tap head is intuitive and satisfying as it snaps to the position. But what I love the most is the flexibility (of both the hose and the head) and sleek design. True bargain for the price.
I saw in other reviews some are faulty, mine has been great so far. I guess you’re not supposed to twist the house too much.
EDIT: I had to knock down one star after a few weeks of use as I noticed it’s very difficult to mix cold and hot water. It’s either full cold or full hot unless you put the lever exactly in the middle. That’s a little bit disappointing but I can live with that.

I’ve never fitted a pillar tap before, but I’m pleased to say I have now. My only complaint with this item is the paucity of the instructions. In fact I’m pretty sure those that were included in the package were for a different tap. However, having spent some time on youtube, it’s now fitted and working well. It looks very smart in polished steel. The design is very clever, and you can twist the tap into almost any position. Ideal if you want the flexibility it offers.
Overall, a very nice and clever tap at a good price. Just a shame about the instructions.

Currently this mixer tap is £32.99 which is really good. I love it. I needed a friend to plumb it in for me though. You get the flexi pipes that go from both the water pipes and merge together into the inside of the tap. My friend found though that the fkexi pipes included were too short to reach the water pipes so he needed to connect the supplied flexi pipes to my original flexi pipes even which meant I needed connector valves. Once I’d got those (I got isolating connector valves) the job was simple for him and the tap has worked brilliantly. So I recommend getting a couple of isolating connector valves in before you start your job in case you have the same issue.
Because I had single taps on my sink previously it meant because one cut out hole was only needed I’d have a hole left in the sink where the other tap would sit, that’s not a problem because you can buy caps that fit over the hole and you then screw underneath to tighten. Just make sure you get the correct diameter.
The tap is excellent, it gives a good powerful flow which mostly depends upon your water pressure. The turning on and off is nice and smooth and the black manoeuvrable section is very sturdy. I love the end part where the water sprays out, it moves around to give you a perfect directional flow with two choices of flow type, one is like a rain shower the other is a more pressurised flow.
I’ve made a brief video to show the tap in use. I’m sti giving 5 stars despite the flexo pipes being a bit short, if they’d have been an extra three inches long they’d have been perfect but plumbing parts are never just right are they. Just do a few measurements before dismantling your old tap/taps and all should be fine. It’s a really sturdy tap.

The handy bendy spout is very useful for filling up different sized containers with water and feels very durable and secure.
It has a shower or stream function which is good for rinsing and washing up.

I have ordered this tap because I wanted to have a taller tap as it was quite difficult to wash my big pots with the old tap.
This tap exceeded my expectations, I am very pleased with it.
I like that it has a very flexible spout which is very easy to adjust in any direction but at the same time it stays there securely. The spout has a really nice finish and feels very smooth to the touch, I believe that it is covered in some kind of silicone.
I also like that due to its size and design this mixer tap can be installed on either side of the sink and would still be easy to use and look cool.
It came with all the fittings required and the quality so far seems to be quite good, I hope that will last a long time as it looks really nice and I love it.

I do like this flexi tap as its so much better for the sink that I have rather than the non flexi one that was on it before.
Only just had it fitted as I had to save up for it fitting properly, Its unfortunately out of the return period now.
Looks a great tap but if u move it around like u should be able to, it leaks really bad.
Looks like I’ll now be saving up to replace it.

I don’t know about you but sometimes with a regular sink tap that fires water downwards it can be a bit tricky filling certain larger water bottles completely up to the brim but this tap is genious as you can easily adjust the angle of the nozel which makes it much easier filling large containers and bottles without spilling water all over the place. The nozel is attached to a thick hoze so even when the tap is fully open its rock solid and doesn’t float about due to high water pressure. The mechanism is smooth and simple to use so this will be a very easy install for a certified plumber. I’ve had this fitted for a few days now and I am very happy with its performance so this comes highly recommended.

First unit we received leaked copiously from within the main mixer body; 2nd one works absolutely fine. The mixing angle is very narrow, as others have mentioned, but I think that is more of a problem if you have very disparate hot and cold pressures, as we do. Will perform best, I suspect, if you have matched cold and hot pressures. The rigid flex design is pretty handy, but actually not as useful, on average, as a normal hose. The head’s 2 settings (stream and shower) work well.
