I brought this tap in 2021 and installed the tap in December 2021. So in April 2024 the tap failed so only lasted just over 2 years before failing. Loud hammering noise when turning the cold tap and the hot tap making a whining noise. The reason this happened is because the tap cartridge started to fail and needed replacing. What you have to remember is that there is a reason for the low price. They have not used high quality tap cartridges, those taps cost 2 or 3 times the price of this. Externally this tap is well made, the chrome is nicely polished but its the internal components that matter. The cartridge used is low quality and not designed to last for too long before needing replacing. I have bath taps going strong even after 8 years but I paid 3 times the price of this one.

Had a leaking kitchen mixer tap that I couldn’t fix , plumber wanted £50 call out to tell me what I already knew , so looked at the reviews for this item and decided I would fit them myself. Arrived next day , Good fitting instructions and fitting tool provided , albeit I did use my own tap box spanner as access to fit was tight under the sink . Took about 30 mins to remove old taps and fit these new ones and they work and look great plus I saved myself a fortune by not employing a plumber . I hate DIY with a vengeance but this was simple , quick and easy to fit , so don’t be out off

The arm is shorter than I would have liked. My last mixer tap stood higher and it takes a bit to get used too.
When connecting it does not come with the brass connector which holds the tap to the sink. Luckily we managed to uncouple the existing one and use that. If this had been a first installation we would have needed to buy this extra bit to complete the job.
So far the tap has been ok. If you can buy something slightly more expensive, then definitely do so.
It’s cheap and cheerful but does the job.

The taps came with everything you need to install them except the plumber. I would suggest that unless you have previous experience of installing taps get a professional do it. It took the plumber almost an hour and a half to get these installed. Not so much because of the taps but because of the pipes and previous installation. This made it hard to fit the new taps. However once he had managed to install them they really made a difference, they are stylish easy to use and made a difference to the look of the sink area. Also they are higher than my original taps so I have not caught dishes etc. as often so no chips to my crocs.

Much better price than local large DIY store for similar taps. Drips a few times after turning off the hot(or I would have given full stars)but cannot face disconnecting and returning after all the fiddly effort to get them fitted. At least there’s not the fast drip of my old taps! They look beautiful and the fine spray flow is nice,also extremely easy to operate with my wrist if I’ve handled meat or pet bowls so you don’t have to dirty the tap. The taps are comfy to use and the swivel faucet is effortless.Not sure if the black tap will hard water mark badly and need regular descale,time will tell.

I needed to replace a dripping kitchen tap having recently moved house. The old tap was a monobloc so to reduce the work required (or so I thought) I sought the same designed. The well packaged tap arrived on time and was well protected in the box with the tap being in a cotton bag inside the box for added protection..
As with many DIY projects involving replacing older stuff with updated items, the old tap had different connections to the plumbing which were well hidden under the sink. Google helped establish what I hoped was a potential solution so off to a plumbing bits section of a well known store. Following some work a keyhole surgeon would have been proud of, finally managed to get everything up & running and after some subsequent tweaking, no more leaks! I enjoy DIY & try most things, but I hate plumbing.
I would buy the tap again as it looks good, works and the installation issues were down to old vs newer fittings. Time will tell how leak free the tap will be over time.

I have a porcelain Blanco sink with a preset hole and when I fitted these taps the base plate is approximately 45mm ,and that’s not large enough to cover the hole neatly. Because no measurement was available when I ordered it I just assumed it would cover the hole, but it doesn’t. A simple mistake the saying ‘mesure twice fit once ‘ is very true !.

I installed the tap in July after about four months the swivel head started to loosen up.
It gradually got worse, now there is visible up and down play and when the tap is turned on it leaks from around the base where the swivel enters the body of the tap this is gradually getting worse it’ll need replacing soon. Pretty poor quality.

This is a very good priced tap. But now it has stated to drip. I expect the ceramic inserts to wear. The problem is I cannot find any that fit. Which means I am now going to have to replace the entire tap.
I got in touch with the suppliers, and they are sending me some new inserts. So first class service . Just got to wait a few weeks until they turn up. I have left it at 4 stars because they should be standard size.

The tap is as “easy” to fit as any other tap of this kind and it works but you can tell it’s cheap. Have had to tighten the tap levers up several time to stop them rattling. It’s ok for the money but next time I will spend a bit more on a good brand top fitting tap instead

I nearly never bought this tap as a few said the handles are floppy. This is easily sorted by unscrewing the caps that have H or C on them and using a Phillips screwdriver tighten the screw…10 second fix. Basically a decent basic tap with everything included in the box and simple instructions.

With any plumbing job to a sink, it’s never going to be easy (at least in my house it isn’t), but it did help with the plastic box spanner. There is plenty of height space to fill a kettle. Due to living in a very hard water area our previous tap was defunct after only 4 years.
When it came to a replacement we decided it was not worth spending a large sum of money. So, we purchased this tap as a replacement.
What struck me as soon as it arrived was the flimsy feel to the spout section. Unfortunately it was not until I had installed it that I noticed the tap leavers were not aligned when in the off position. Believe it or not I find this really irritating. The chrome work is good and it looks ok (apart from those leavers)
However we have to accept we paid under £40 for this item and as they say…’You get what you pay for’.
I have no doubt it will last as long as the previous tap and will get replaced. Se la vie.

This tap set was literally a third of the price of the original, and I was unsure of what to expect. However it came in a box with flexi-braided hoses and the all important box spanner for securing it to the sink unit. Fitting it was very straightforward, and now it looks good, works well, and no more drips. The instructions are printed on a small folded piece of paper, and consist primarily of a few line drawings, but if you’re thinking of doing the job, your’e not likely to come across anything surprising there, and they do confirm the correct order of doing things!
