These taps use a strange (non traditional) internal mechanism for opening and closing . It’s very easy to turn the hot tap _passed_the_off_position_, where it will start to offer water again. It then requires great care to turn the tap off by stopping it at the exact off position, since a few degrees either way will turn the water back on. It’s not like a normal tap and best avoided.

Opted for the black finish and while they look good overall, in some light they look almost plastic, which is mildly disappointing. They’re well made however and do the job.

Turned the water back on, not to full pressure, to make sure there were no leaks and noticed the cold tap began to drip, and has continued to get worse in the few weeks they have been installed.
This is the only thing that has been disappointing

Overall taps are decent quality but they are quite small so if you have a large basin they will struggle to fit properly. But the biggest issue is they turn on clockwise and off anticlockwise. So Weird.

A doddle to fit, standard fittings, water somehow seems “accelerated” through them as it jets out now. Lovely chrome finish and fits in well with our Victorian style setup. Replaced older taps and these went in and worked in 10mins.

Construction of the taps appears to be of good quality. However the ‘aerator’ is not at all as described. Far from providing a smooth aerated flow, the aerator appears only to be a coarse grid which produces a scattered flow that splashes. This is very disappointing as this was a feature that I particularly required. I have tried to access the support website but the link doesn’t work.
