Really good value. The tap looks beautiful and looks high quality.
MISS HAYLEY G DOYLE (verified owner) –
The tap feels decent quality and for the most part was easy to fit however we found the tap hose weight wasn’t heavy enough to pull the shower pull out back in to the tap so have had to buy a heavier one from elsewhere in order for it to work properly.
Petra Phyde (verified owner) –
I say broken to save time. I believe what was wrong was just a loose nut inside, but you can’t get in to check or tighten. Pity. It is a nice looking tap.
Shaun Charles (verified owner) –
Wasn’t expecting to like these taps with pull out rinse, but now it’s installed I love it, great quality and value for money, you wont be disappointed, easy fitting to.
Kindle Customer (verified owner) –
Easy to fit and works very well

Great quality product especially for the price. Came really well packaged from the manufacturer
Mr Eryk J Pawlikowski (verified owner) –
Only been using it for about a month but seems well made and works perfect so far. Easy install and everything is supplied in the box
Harold pen (verified owner) –
I took a gamble on this tap.
I was a little concerned due to the price, as it seemed so cheap.
This tap is excellent quality and I am very glad I purchased it.
It looks expensive, works really well.
I intiatially thought that the extendable head was loose, as it wasn’t flush with the tap,
But then realised the weight underneath was caught on a shelf, and needed the placement adjusting.
Easily done, and then was perfect.
Mark (verified owner) –
This tap is not meant for low pressure or gravity fed systems. The flow is like a trickle. My mistake for not checking this first.
NJG (verified owner) –
Pros:
Speedy delivery, I purchased a used unit for £31.53, and despite the box looking extremely tired, the tap arrived with all the parts with few imperfections.
It was easy to fit and only required an additional purchase of a tap wrench, for the removal of the old tap.
The cold water in my home is connected to mains supply so pressure is phenomenal.
Cons:
The hot supply in my home is gravity feed and low pressure, meaning the water bearly drips out the spout. If not for this I would keep the tap.
I am on the hunt now for a dual handle, low pressure tap fitting without a hose which is recommended for low pressure gravity fed water supply.

Does the job.

I love the look of this tap. My husband installed it with no issues. It works great. I’m very happy with my purchase.
martin (verified owner) –
works so well, very sturdy, fitting was simple, the material doesnt show watermarks so requires minimal cleaning, the spray is such a useful feature.

I wish my old tap was like this! took an hour trying to get the old one out, 10 minutes putting this in.
It’s very thoughtfully designed.
1) The threaded shaft is nice and long – perfect for my counter top as it’s quite deep so there’s plenty of thread. (old tap barely fitted)
2) The nut to tighten it underneath has a cut away – so you can simply slide it over the pipes! (my old tap didn’t, and it was near impossible trying to slide the nut past everything down all the tubes).
3) The nut also has 2 tightener screws – this was awesome, can’t get a spanner in the tight space, and with old tap it always worked loose because I couldn’t properly tighten, with this one I can finger tighten first, then just use screwdriver to fully grip, nice design!
4) Tap operation nice and solid. Nice and tight tap movement, feels very solid.
5) Ball joint on the tap end bit – this is actually going to be useful not only in that you can angle it obviously, but wear and tear – old tap has died here basically, because from moving constantly it obviously is a weak point. But this ball joint on this means there’s no bending of the tube at the joint.
6) Spray nice and narrow – didn’t think much of this before, but it’s quite useful as it helps blast away stuff on plates instead of sprinkling it like a shower.
7) nice rocker switch on the tap end – better than a push button as it’s more instantly obvious which mode you are in. (note, it doesn’t feel great uninstalled as there’s no pressure – once there’s pressure, the switch rocks nicely)
8) good instructions and guide marks – like, the pipe has a ‘add weight here’ – nice! old tap didn’t and was a bit of adjustments to find the best place – this, right place first time. The weight is nicely weighted too – old tap wasn’t and used to get stuck, this has just enough weight to pull it back, but not too much so it’s a pain to pull out.
Overall, very pleased!

Just stunning brushed ss at a fraction of the price of kitchen suppliers. Great quality and sturdy reinforced tubing for extension spray tube. Highly recommend!

Perfect thank you

I wasn’t really convinced about this tap when I read the reviews, but I decided to give it a go. Had it installed by a plumber as needed other job done in my sink. Tap is amazing, works really well, water pressure is good, great value for money. Really recommend it.

This tap is simply fabulous. We had our kitchen renovated 5 years ago and I had always wanted a gold tap to compliment my much loved Belfast sink. At the time, we were in a hurry to finish so I settled for a standard tap. I’ve had a tap with a hose in my head for several years before I got round to getting serious about it. It is honestly life changing, it’s now so easy to clean the sink and keeps my sink looking it’s best all the time. The price is unbelievable for this quality of tap and was very easy to fit. I only wish I had purchased sooner.
Denise (verified owner) –
Great quality. Very well packaged. There is a weight on the tap to retract it back into place. Make sure you have the room under the sink. Over a hundred Euro cheaper than I’d seen in other chain stores.
Jo-Jo (verified owner) –
I would say the tap is good. It was once we changed the fittings on the pipes ok to fit. We did have the wrong fixing but that was an us problem not a tap issue. The pull down mixer has a weight on it and this was getting trapped between the hot and cold pipe due to how our pipe work is set up. We overcame that with a cable tie which keeps the weight from dropping behind. The spray does go a bit everywhere so im guessing i won’t use that much. The tap is light compared to the previous one we had. You can get a kettle under to fill So I’d say it’s a good size. So far the tap seems good it does what it is supposed to and looks good.
Tricky da (verified owner) –
Tap works perfectly. The extendable nozzle has a counterweight that goes under the sink. We had to jigsaw a space in the board under the sink for the weight to be able to move smoothly. All perfect now
Beardy (verified owner) –
Last tap sprung a leak so I thought as a handy woman about the house ‘how hard can it be’ and turns out the only hard bit was unscrewing the old tap! Took 15 mins in total (10 of those getting angry at having to wedge myself under the sink and try to unscrew something super tight!). It’s better than my previous tap and I highly recommend brushed finish because it doesn’t show any marks from fingers or water!
It’s been in 2 months and still working great

I’d looked at so many taps before choosing this one. I wanted one that had a spray function and that was looked neat. This definitely delivered on both counts, would recommend.
For information, I’ve had it installed now for 3 months.

We wanted a tap with a spray hose attachment for our sink to make life a little easier as the existing tap was fixed in place. I got a plumber to install mine as part of some other jobs that needed doing as I required new fittings for the connectors to be placed and for sections of solid copper pipe to be removed to make room. Having fitted it and tried to adjust it for about 20 minutes, it was obvious that the gravity ball weight alone was not enough to retract the hose without you forcing it back down the tap from the sprayer end, leaving a small bit dangling out until the ball finally pulled it back up. Other designs have a magnetic attachment to assist this and I wish I had gone for those. The issue (I believe) is that the nylon braided hose is causing too much friction through the base of the tap causing it to not retract under its own weight.
I contacted Tohlar customer assistance who have repeatedly asked me to adjust the gravity ball position, remove and reconnect the pipework because of crowding etc. I assume they’re used to having a set of troubleshooting prompts and while this probably solves many issues it really won’t with this. That being said, they have been very prompt and good at offering advice and marked up my own photos with text to show exactly where things needed to be adjusted so I can’t fault them there.
I’ve since purchased an extra hose weight to add to it and now it works perfectly.

This is a great tap. The jet option could blast rioting prisoners off a roof!
Sue Dunwoody nformation in box it says that the contents that you get the pole. …..were is mine. None in box do I have to buy them separately? ??? (verified owner) –
Great but had to go and buy 2 nuts as the 2 that came with the tap weren’t the right size for my pipe work, few weeks later I have had to go to screw fix and spend a hell of alot more money on new taps as your are rubbish, nothing will fit, and had no water for two weeks,,,2 months later had to go to Screwfix and buy new set of taps as these were not fitting my pipes fittings were not English OK say in China maybe in the end cost £200 plus big mistake don’t buy this item
maxted59 (verified owner) –
Only took minutes to install. For the price a quality kitchen tap. Very happy with purchase
NeonR (verified owner) –
Tap was easier to install than to remove the old tap (I’ve never installed a tap before). Was skeptical of how well the weight would pull the tap head back in but it’s REALLY good. Highly recommend. People commenting on the pressure – this must be an issue with their water pressure as the shower head sprays really powerfully.
Lemon Drizzle (verified owner) –
This tap, once installed, is a dream come true. It does everything as advertised. However, please be mindful that you must have enough space under the sink so that the weight can move up and down unhindered. The clever gravity mechanism is the only thing that allows the tap to reset from flexi hose position back to normal tap. Space required to allow that meant we ended up chopping a big hole in our under sink cupboard. Worth it though!
Fwar Crikey (verified owner) –
The hot and cold water connections are both 1/2 inch. I don’t believe the advert mentions that . Please look at the size of your existing connection. The taps look good. The plastic counter weight screw holes are quite delicate.
Update: the tap is performing well. The hot water pressure is a little lower than expected
Tommy (verified owner) –
It’s a good product , prob prefer a bit more pressure than what I have, it’s a tough fit on sink that’s already plumbed in , very fiddly!!!
Florence Noble (verified owner) –
For my kitchen and it is great
Andrea Best (verified owner) –
Kitchen spray tap.
Wai Ching (verified owner) –
Love that so much!!!!!!!!
The water flow is good!
The spray pressure is quite strong
Just one thing. If the place for hot water and cold water can be swap will be much safer for young kids
Carla Passarello (verified owner) –
Looks great sleek and understated

Very happy with this mixer tap, purchased it solely for the sprayer part, this works perfectly, thought initially that it could benefit from a magnet to draw the top of the tap back into the housing as it was getting stuck slightly, but I found if you make sure the rope is free from any twists or dents from packaging it loosens out and works perfectly.. I did notice that my hot water pressure is quite low compared to how to was, this seems to be cause of the mesh filters on the end of the connector pipes, I didn’t check to see if these are removable as it doesn’t affect me greatly but could be an issue if you have very low pressure.. overall very happy with this tap, especially the price, I thought was very reasonable.
Artarab (verified owner) –
This is a good tap in general. It does the job.
But to use the spray feature you need to have a strong flow (which splashes water everywhere) or the button will not hold its position and you have to press it and keep holding it with one hand while you rinse your dishes with the other. This makes it very tricky to handle big or breakable dishes.
Also hot water usually flows weaker than cold water so using the tap in spray mode has to be done manually
anna Kaluzniak (verified owner) –
It looks great but I haven’t used it yet
Joe E. (verified owner) –
Bear in mind the handle points back as well as forward and can hit the wall. Had to install with handle at front rather than on the side
