Bought this tap a while ago just got it fitted. It looks great. I had always wanted one of these taps with the pull out hose but the price of these kind of taps was always sky high when I saw them in the shops. Then I saw this one. I liked the price but was it too good to be true and would the quality match the price, that is, cheap. I was pleasantly surprised, this is a really good quality tap and it makes you wonder why they cost so much more elsewhere. Very sturdy and I love that it has a spray function as well as the hose which is really useful. I can’t comment on ease of installation as I did get a plumber to be on the safe side. I am really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this tap.

I’ve been shopping around lots for a black pull out tap, before settling on this one. Looks like a big brand but for a fraction of the price. I was apprehensive about the quality, but was pleasantly surprised.My partner who installed it moaned about how fidelly it was, but once he passed that and sorted out the water pressure (by removing the filter it comes with) even he had to admit that its more than ok.

Nice tap, Installation ok. 2 screws used to tighten up the tap assembly unfortunately 1 of the screws is almost impossible to get at but just managed, very little room to get a long bladed screwdriver into. The pressure on the clod water side is good but the hot water side of the tap is very slow to run. This causes occasional problems trying to get the spray option to stay on. Is there a way to increase the water pressure, Pressure was ok on the old tap? The tails are long, about 60cm so enough length to reach the hot and cold outlets.
To early to say about reliability but hope it is ok. So far so good. Allowing for the problem trying to tighten up one of the screws the job took about 1 hour. I am not a plumber.

For the price it is a nice modern looking tap and has a good pressure for both flow options (I have a combi). The pull down is definitely a cheaper version than my old tap which was double the price as it is weighted down on a long hose the only issue was when the shelf went back in the cupboard the hose gathered on shelf so we had to readjust the weight otherwise the hose and spout dangled out of tap this means we now have only 2 or 3 inches of hose to pull but it’s enough anyhow. My only negatives are I don’t like the gap in the handle when tap is on (see photo) and although it’s brushed I’m still getting obvious water marks at base which I didn’t get on my more expensive brushed finished tap. It was however easy to fit and my partner did this himself this being the first time he’s ever fitted a tap.

Anyone who has had a new kitchen (like us) would have been shocked to see the prices kitchen showrooms want for taps – anything fro £150 to £800!! I was a little concerned when ordering this, but I needn’t have been. The quality is fantastic, the brushed steel finish is exactly what we wanted, and the best part was that our kitchen fitter endorsed the quality and said how easy it was to fit.

We bought this to replace our previous, similar looking, tap that had never had great spray control and had gotten worse. This one fits the bill looks wise and is so practical with option of the two flows. We had a plumber fit it this time as we were having additional works done so can’t comment on install but he didn’t say there were any problems.
Other taps with a similar look to them were around £200 so this was a steal and does the job perfectly. Could not recommend more.

These taps are good quality & look great, but……. I have a gravity fed hot water supply from a cylinder & the hot water is now very slow. It takes an eternity for the hot water alone to get to the tap. I can only assume the bore in the preinstalled tails are super small. Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about it now, but avoid these if you have a similar setup.
